1. Who we are

Puidokas ventures, MB ("we") operates Peek AI. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and service, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password.
• Workspace data: the company context, keywords, alerts and settings you enter.
• Billing data: handled by Paddle; we receive your plan and payment status, never your full card details.
• Technical data: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and error reports when something breaks.

The mentions the Service shows you are public posts collected from third-party platforms. They may contain the names or handles of their authors; we process them only to deliver the Service.

3. How we use it

To provide and secure the Service, to bill you, to send you the alerts and account emails you ask for, and to fix problems. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the Service:

• Paddle, for payments and invoicing;
• our mention data and AI scoring provider, to collect and analyse mentions;
• our hosting and database provider;
• Sentry, for error monitoring.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep the Service working. We do not use tracking cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you close your account we delete it, except what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
