Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Peek AI (the "Service"), operated by Puidokas ventures, MB, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you agree to them for that company.

2. The Service

Peek AI collects public mentions of the brands and keywords you choose from third-party platforms, scores them with AI, and delivers them to you. Results depend on those platforms and on automated analysis, so we do not guarantee that every mention is found or that every score is accurate.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account, including by users you invite.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or the terms of the platforms whose content the Service shows you;
• use the Service to harass, stalk or discriminate against anyone;
• resell, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or try to get around its limits or security.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

6. Content

Mentions shown in the Service belong to their original authors and platforms. The data you add (your company context, keywords and settings) stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to run the Service for you.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or go unpaid.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
