1. Who this covers

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Peek AI, sold by Puidokas ventures, MB. Payments are taken by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

3. Refunds

Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. The Service is a digital service that starts as soon as you subscribe, so that right can end once you have asked us to begin and the Service has started.

4. How to ask

Email support@getpeek.ai with the account email and the charge you want refunded. If a refund is due, Paddle sends it back to the original payment method.
